DAY 9, TWC over 5000

Proceeding at a snail's pace, I am nonetheless writing daily. I have recovered from last week's medical disaster which unfortunately I believe was caused by toxins from all the acrylic paints I've been using. After not painting for a week I am feeling a little better and sleeping a little better. So, the painter has retired, sadly, sadly, and I hope the art quilter is born. The art quilter is currently negotiating for a good deal on a longarm marchine, an indulgence I have wanted for many years. It's an industrial style machine where the quilt mounts much like the warp on a loom. The machine hovers over the quilt and you move the machine rather than the fabric. The work being done by some quilters is spectacular. I'm hoping just to have some fun, and I'm grateful to have the room to put the monster. I'm getting the snallest table offered, and it checks in at 10x4 feet. I hope that I am able to make the deal. In the meantime, my fiction brain is not working. I have arrived at a scheme on how to proceed, but it has taken me days. Finally i have some words to post. I don't know what happens next, if I'll be able to write this or not. But I'm going to try. Talking with my old Nano buddies from last year has been great.
